RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your NueShiny products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery, We are not responsible for any delays,these items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories, Bags, Rugs.
Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.

(1) CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All of our custom products are 100%Hand-made, Please allow 10-60 days for production ,if it is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for any custom items.Some cases may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

(2) INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Received Incorrect or Damaged Products? Here are Your Options:
Option 1: Request a Refund for the Item:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will initiate a refund for the product.
Option 2: Request a Return:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
When initiating a return, please send an email to support@nueshiny.com with your name, email address, order number, and the name of the item you wish to return. We will email you a return form and return address.
One of our customer service representatives will review your inquiry within 2-3 business days. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).

Important Notes:

1.For products showing signs of wear and tear that occur over time, we cannot provide full replacements or refunds if received more than 7 days after delivery.
2.Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

(3) EXCHANGE CORRECT OR WITHOUT DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Due to the rapidly rising costs of international shipments, we are unable to offer any exchanges for international orders. For international returns we are unable to reimburse any return shipping costs, duties or taxes. Refunds for international orders will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs.

(4) LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

NueShiny is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. NueShiny is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

(5) Cancellation


You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:
1.If your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you need to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that cancelling the order incurs a 15% refund handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a support ticket via support@nueshiny.com.
2.If your order shipped ,we can not cancel it.

(6)Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
