Really happy with the claw

It is very cute, the clasp seems robust and it holds a decent amount of hair without issues. A piece of the tail broke very quickly in the first one I was sent, which to be fair was really odd because I've had no such issues with any of the other claws. I reached out to customer support and they immediately sent me a new one, which I have had no issues with so far. So it seems the first one was just defective. Overall very happy, with the claws and the customer service.
